Accessibility Statement
Last updated: August 27, 2026
Our commitment
RRC Associates is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to our website and our client deliverables.
Conformance status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It has three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.
rrcmovement.com is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.
Measures we take
To support accessibility, RRC:
- Includes accessibility in our internal review process for new website content
- Provides text alternatives for meaningful images
- Aims for text and background color combinations that meet WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratios
- Builds forms with clear labels, visible focus indicators, and error messages that do not rely on color alone
- Structures pages with proper heading hierarchy and descriptive link text
- Tests keyboard-only navigation on primary page templates
- Designs data visualizations and dashboards so that information is conveyed by more than color alone, with accessible tabular alternatives where feasible
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some limitations remain. Below are known issues, with what we are doing about them:
- Interactive data dashboards. Some embedded dashboards built on third-party platforms may not be fully keyboard-navigable or screen-reader compatible. We will provide an accessible alternative format on request.
- Older PDF reports. Reports published in earlier years may not be fully tagged for screen readers. We will provide an accessible version on request.
- Third-party embedded content. Maps, videos, and social media embeds are controlled by their providers and may not fully conform.
Compatibility
The Site is designed to be compatible with recent versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge, used with current screen readers including NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver. It may not work well with browsers or assistive technologies more than two major versions old.

Assessment approach
RRC assessed the accessibility of this website by self-evaluation supported by automated testing tools, most recently in August 2026.
Accessibility of our client deliverables
Accessibility of the research products we deliver to clients — reports, dashboards, and survey instruments — is addressed in our individual client agreements. Clients subject to Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act or Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act should contact their RRC project manager to discuss conformance requirements and documentation for their project.
