These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of rrcmovement.com and its content (the "Site"), operated by RRC Associates ("RRC," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who may use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Our content and your license to use it

The Site and its contents — including text, research findings, reports, charts, data visualizations, dashboards, methodology descriptions, articles, photographs, graphics, logos, and the selection and arrangement of all of it — are owned by RRC or our licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Site for your own internal business or personal informational use. You may share links to the Site freely.

You may not, without our prior written permission:

• Reproduce, republish, redistribute, or commercially exploit Site content
• Create derivative works from our reports, data, charts, or methodologies
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or attribution notice
• Use our content to train, fine-tune, or develop any machine learning or artificial intelligence model
• Use our name, logos, or client names to imply endorsement or affiliation

Brief quotation for news reporting, commentary, or academic purposes is permitted with clear attribution to RRC Associates and a link to the source page.

3. Prohibited conduct

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Scrape, crawl, harvest, or use automated means to extract Site content, except a search engine obeying our robots.txt
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems
• Introduce malware, or interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation or security
• Circumvent any access control, rate limit, or technical protection measure
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
• Submit false, misleading, or unlawful information through any form
• Use the Site to send unsolicited commercial messages

4. Research content is informational, not advice

The research findings, reports, statistics, economic impact estimates, dashboards, and commentary on the Site are provided for general informational purposes only. They reflect data, samples, methodologies, and market conditions as of the time the underlying research was conducted, and may be summarized or abridged without the full methodological detail contained in the original deliverable.

Nothing on the Site constitutes investment, financial, legal, tax, real estate, business, or other professional advice. You should not act, or refrain from acting, on the basis of Site content without seeking advice appropriate to your circumstances.

Where the Site describes work performed for a client, that work was scoped to that client's objectives and is not a representation about any other market, population, geography, or time period.

5. Forms, submissions, and communications

Information you submit through the Site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Unsolicited ideas. Please do not send us confidential or proprietary information through the Site. Any unsolicited suggestion, idea, or feedback you send us is non-confidential, and you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for any purpose.

6. Third-party links and content

The Site may link to or embed third-party websites, tools, and content. We provide these for convenience and do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for them.

7. Trademarks

"RRC Associates," "RRC Movement," our logos, and our taglines are trademarks or service marks of RRC. Client names and logos displayed on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used to identify work performed.

8. Availability and changes to the Site

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the Site will be available, uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RRC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. RRC DOES NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY CONTENT.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RRC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RRC and its members, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

12. Governing law and venue

These Terms and any dispute arising out of them or the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and RRC agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute will be the state or federal courts located in Boulder County, Colorado.

13. Informal resolution

Before filing any claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by emailing info@rrcassociates.com with a description of the claim. We will attempt to resolve it in good faith within 60 days.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept them.

15. General

• Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest remains in force.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement regarding the Site. They do not modify any separate written agreement between RRC and your organization, which controls in the event of a conflict.
• Survival. Sections 2, 5, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 15 survive termination.
