RRC Associates partnered once again with Bend Park and Recreation District (BPRD) in 2024 to conduct a comprehensive community recreation survey. This continued building on previous survey efforts completed in 2018, 2019, and 2023. The project gathered statistically valid and open-link survey responses from over 2,100 residents, providing a detailed snapshot of how the community uses BPRD facilities and services. The survey explored resident satisfaction, recreation needs, and priorities for future programming, with particular focus on fitness, aquatics, and equity in access.

RRC’s findings identified strong satisfaction with BPRD services and a continued emphasis on affordability, capacity, and inclusive offerings. The data will help BPRD prioritize investments, shape future programming, and ensure the District remains aligned with evolving community values.
