RRC Associates conducted the Jacksonville Parks and Recreation Master Plan Survey to gather detailed insights into resident needs, preferences, and priorities for parks and recreational services. The survey used a robust methodology, including the distribution of 10,000 mailed survey invitations to a random sample of households across all city districts, ensuring proportional and representative data collection. An open-link survey was also available for broader community engagement. The survey results will guide strategic planning and decision-making, helping Jacksonville enhance its parks, programs, and facilities to meet evolving community needs.
